What we collect

Your email address and password (stored only as a salted hash). The photos you upload and the patterns made from them. Basic usage events, pages viewed, patterns built, downloads taken, so we can see which parts of the tool work. If you order a Sticker Set, your name, postal address and phone number as well, because we cannot post you a box without them.

What we do with your photos

Your upload is sent to our image generation provider to draw your sticker styles, then converted into a bead pattern. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your images, publish them, or use them to train anything.

Paying and posting

Payments go through Stripe, who collect your card details directly, they never reach our server. Stripe also collects your delivery address at checkout and passes it to us so we can pack and post your box. We share that address with the carrier who delivers it, and with nobody else.

Order records, including the address, are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is longer than the rest of your data. That is the one thing closing your account does not erase.

How long we keep it

Uploads and renders are kept while your account is open so you can return to your patterns. Delete a project and its files go with it. Close your account and we remove your data within 30 days.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in and to remember which browser session a project belongs to. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can download or delete your data at any time from your account, or by writing to [email protected]. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object, restrict, or complain to your data protection authority.
