The short version

CozyBead turns a photo you upload into a fuse bead pattern. The patterns you make are yours. Build them, print them, give them away, sell what you build. We don't claim any ownership of your uploads or your finished pieces.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. We may close accounts that are used to break these terms.

What you upload

You must have the right to use every image you upload, and it must follow our content policy. We may remove uploads that don't.

Paying

The Sticker Set is a one-time payment. CozyBead Club renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Shipping

The Sticker Set is a physical box: the beads your pattern needs, sorted by color, with a pegboard, ironing paper and printed charts. We post free to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Each box is packed to order from your own pattern, so allow a few days for us to make it up. Delivery is usually 5-9 working days after that, though customs can add time. Any import duty or tax charged on arrival is yours to pay. We can't predict or collect it for you.

We post to the address you give at checkout, so please check it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody claimed it, we'll happily send it again once you cover the postage.

Returns and cancellations

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what your pattern called for, tell us within 30 days of it landing and we'll replace it or refund it. Your choice. Photos help but we won't make you jump through hoops.

If you're in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from receiving the box to change your mind and send it back for a refund. Because each box is counted out and packed for one specific pattern, please return it unopened and in a re-sellable state; the return postage is yours unless something was wrong with the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Digital downloads (charts, shopping lists and renders) can't be returned once you've downloaded them, and by downloading you agree to that.

What we can't promise

Generated art is unpredictable by nature, and bead color matching is a planning aid: real plastic looks different from a screen. We provide the service as it is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and give you notice before it takes effect.
